**Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator**

As Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator in the Global Service Centre (GSC) People Change & Engagement Team you will work in a highly dynamic and international environment, on a wide variety of tasks to support the delivery of the GSC’s Culture & Wellbeing strategy. The role will be responsible for the alignment, coordination & implementation of activities, resources, reporting & communication to promote & influence the culture & wellbeing engagement of all GSC managers & employees.

The role holder will report to the Senior Manager, People Change & Engagement & actively network across all levels & disciplines of the GSC to achieve the Meaningful Cooperative & Empowered Employee strategic initiatives.

The COO Europe, Africa & Asia and Global Service Centre (COO EA&A and GSC) domain consists of over 500 employees, across 3 locations (Utrecht, Dublin and London), servicing all the Rabobank W&R regions via 5 operational disciplines.

As Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator you will work closely together with the GSC People Change & Engagement Team and you execute plans into concrete and high-quality deliverables and actions, while you contribute to the Rabobank goals and develop yourself professionally and personally.

Your key working relationships are with:

- GSC People Change & Engagement team
- Ways of Working coaches in the GSC Business Performance and Delivery Team
- Content Creator in the GSC Business Performance and Delivery Team
- HR People Services: Sustainable Employability
- HR - NL, London & Dublin

**Main responsibilities**

As Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator you can actively contribute to the team by supporting the team responsibilities in:

- Support management with the design & delivery of the GSC Culture & Wellbeing agenda, to include the coordination & delivery of a Culture & Wellbeing program of initiatives, activities, & communications, aimed to promote best practice, realisation of RaboCompass culture and aid the achievement of aligned strategic initiatives;
- Support implementation of the GSC Culture & Wellbeing Strategy & Framework;
- GSC new joiner program content, activities & communication;
- GSC wellbeing & culture pages, aimed to engage, encourage and support self-service by signposting & aligning to appropriate HR tools & resources;
- Communication plan to aid engagement of culture & wellbeing within the GSC;
- Ensure that the GSC has a structured approach to wellbeing that is aimed to support a healthy, engaged, resilient and productive workforce, performing to the best of their ability and enabling the GSC to be #bettertogether;
- Act as a GSC point of contact to promote, advise and signpost GSC employees on the provision of Rabobank culture & wellbeing resources available across the different GSC locations;
- Be the key contact for GSC culture & wellbeing Champions, facilitating & overseeing the network, including supporting the design & delivery of workshops to develop a sustainable wellbeing culture;
- Collate, analyse and interpret data to provide insights & produce monthly Change & Engagement management information, including metrics dashboard;
- Engage with the GSC strategic deployment approach and actively work towards achievement of agreed strategic, breakthroughs, initiatives & associated actions;
- Develop and maintain the content of the GSC RaboHub culture & wellbeing pages;
- Support and assist the GSC Change & Engagement Manager.
