We are looking for a highly driven and experienced:
**FAIR Data Manager and Digital Upskilling Coordinator**

to join our newly formed FAIR Data Management team. You will be responsible for driving the digital upskilling of our Science and Research organization, promoting a FAIR culture, building a FAIR community, and developing and implementing FAIR metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and promote a FAIR culture within the Science & Research.
- Build and maintain a FAIR and Good Data Management Community.
- Set up and lead a Data Stewardship Networks.
- Develop and implement a FAIR Digital Upskilling Framework and support the delivery of training programs.
- Design and implement FAIR metrics to measure the impact of the FAIR data transformation.
- Develop and implement a FAIR Communication Strategy within and beyond Science and Research.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall Data Management Strategy.
- Provide project management support and organize and lead workshops, FAIR events, and coaching sessions.
- Connect with external organizations and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FAIR and digital upskilling.

- Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 76.594 to € 109.420 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

**You Bring**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Change Management, Leadership, Data Science or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in change management and digital upskilling or related field.
- Experience in supporting the development and delivery of training programs would be advantageous.
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
