Amdax offers all crypto services accessibly under one roof. With our personal and expert approach, you can invest safely in crypto assets and other digital assets. As our team is expanding, we're looking for a motivated and organized **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** to join our HR team.

This is a perfect role for someone eager to make an impact in a dynamic startup/scaleup environment. You’ll collaborate closely with various departments, playing a key role in our recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent that aligns with Amdax's values and vision. As we continue to grow, this position offers the opportunity to expand your responsibilities and take on new challenges within our HR department.

**Your main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating content that highlights our company culture and values, supporting our Employer Branding initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, preboarding and onboarding.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure recruitment activities align with Amdax’s strategic goals.

- EUR 3.000 - 4.200, based on your knowledge and experience

**What we require from you**:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude, with a passion for recruitment and employer branding.
- Currently based in the Netherlands, with no visa requirements (we are unable to sponsor or relocate for this position).
