**What will you do as a **Subject Matter Expert**?**

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for the functional design, development, testing and delivery of system enhancements assigned to him by the Product or Solution Manager of the applicable business process. The SME oversees/monitors the acceptance criteria and use cases to be supported and tested and ensures/validates the intended functions as designed are developed and properly working (after testing).

**What do we expect from you as a **Subject Matter Expert**?**
- HBO/Bachelor working and thinking level
- Conceptual thinking level
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry or -preferably
- terminal industry.
- Experienced in developing and managing product features within the roadmap, vision and concepts of the product set out by the solution and product manager.
- Experienced with working other assigned SME’s, BPA’s, software development team, tester(s) and IT architect (feature development team), to create an integrated digital solution experience for the end user community within the guidelines set by product or solution manager.

**Your core responsibilities are**:

- Product visioning for the relevant features.
- Bringing in business knowledge:

- Ensures the digital product portfolio meets business needs and contributes to safety, efficiency, user acceptance and other (requested) improvements.
- Stakeholder management/Influencing
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Responsible for assessing the potential Management of Change impact at terminals.
