Task-In Services B.V. provides the maritime and offshore industry with all the elements needed to stay safe and compliant. Our offerings include everything from lifeboats and evacuation systems to life rafts, personal protective gear, and firefighting equipment. With our main office located in Schiedam, we offer our services across Europe and are continuously expanding.

**Position Description**

As a **Quality and Process Manager **at Task-In Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the processes within your team. You actively contribute ideas on how to improve the quality of our processes and assist in policy development. You will guide your colleagues by ensuring effective planning and leveraging each other’s expertise. Our team conducts annual and five-year inspections and tests of lifeboats, rescue boats, life rafts, and davits in compliance with the latest IMO and SOLAS regulations. Our engineers perform static and dynamic load tests on various davit systems and are responsible for the service and repair of multiple operating systems on board ships. You support the organization in setting up and implementing quality management systems. You carry out internal checks to verify that everything is aligned with the agreed quality standards.

**Qualifications Section**
- Strong interpersonal management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and support a small team. Demonstrated capability to foster a positive team environment, address individual needs, resolve conflicts, and facilitate open communication to achieve team objectives. Must be fluent in English (additional languages as Dutch are a plus).
- As the quality expert, you advise and assist managers and employees in implementing quality improvements. You ensure that everyone understands what is needed to work in compliance with standards.
- You have a higher professional education (HBO) level or at 2 least years of experience in a leadership role with the asked working and thinking level.
- Relevant technical experience in the marine industry.
- High analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
