**Internship within Data Management**

**About Data Management**
The tribe Data Management consists of 3 Product Area’s headed by a Product Area Lead & 2 expert centers by expert leads. Every Area consists of several multidisciplinary and multicultural teams (Product teams) that are headed by a Product Lead and powered by Data Management Experts and DevOps Engineers. We work cross-border, with tribe members in Romania and Amsterdam. You will be based in Amsterdam, and collaborate with peers and stakeholders there and ones from other locations, such as Brussels and Bucharest.
**The opportunity**
It will be an internship for 3-6 months. You will play a crucial role in helping our Leadership team steering the Data Management strategy with the help of Azure. Azure is the Backlog management tool used within ING.
What you will be doing:
- You will create a clear plan / roadmap
- Analyze what insights are needed
- Create a clear plan on how to implement this and help our Leadership team using Azure by making the needed insights available to support the Data Management strategy.
You will be a member of the Area Service & Operations, which have 4 Product teams with Data Management Experts and Engineers. One of the Data Management Experts is there to help you starting up and guide you in the steps to take.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Create a clear roadmap / plan to support LT
- Analyze possibilities with reporting on Azure
- Design & Promote Azure dashboards to support Data Management strategy
- Implement improvements in Azure by helping the Product Leads
- Roll out improvements within Azure
**Who are you?**
- Master or MBA and has interest in Strategy implementation
- Understands Azure backlog management and the world of data
- You are an enthusiastic, motivated person who likes to work in a fast changing environment.
- Eager to find out what insights are needed to support the Data Management strategy.
- You thrive on working independently in a dynamic and complex organization
- Have project managements skills
- Talent for problem-solving and implementation
- Strong communication skills (English) and stakeholder management abilities
