Part-time - Patta Amsterdam

**About the job**:

- We're looking for an in-house photographer to join team Patta 4 days a week. In this role, you support Patta’s Head of Visual Media and carry responsibility for executing, managing, and improving a specific segment of Patta’s visual media outputs. Your primary focus will be e-commerce-related photography in Patta’s on-site studio. This consists of model focused e-commerce photography, as well as quality control of Patta’s e-com product imagery (packshots).**What you'll be doing**:
- Execution of studio shoots for Patta’s e-commerce channels
- Event Imagery
- Quality control for a diverse range of photographic outputs
- Image post-production of several in-house projects
- Video post-production of several in-house projects
- Supervise photography interns during photo processes
- Maintain and continuously develop the photography studio, on a technical and practical level.
- Keeping release schedule in check to ensure deadlines are met
- Finetuning workflow and scheduling matters with the Media Producer
- Finetuning look & feel of all e-commerce and event images
- Maintaining image quality on the website, amending where necessary
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure the target is met and shoots are completed on time**About you**:
You have (a):
- Strong background in studio photography and studio lighting
- Proven experience in a photographic studio setting
- Advanced experience in Adobe Photoshop
- Moderate experience in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Eye for detail and nuanced feel for color and light
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain schedules
- Ability to cope with seasonal peaks and (sometimes last minute) project requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and promptly
- An ability to resolve technical issues
- Be pro-active, able to show initiative and suggest ideas to constantly improve the workflow and quality of the studio performance
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
