**Job Summary**:
As the Warehouse Lead at Spanish Hands, (the distributor for Nike Golf and Blue Tees Golf products across Europe), you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse (based near Rotterdam Airport) operates efficiently, accurately, and securely. We take pride in our disciplined yet versatile approach, consistently meeting high standards to fulfil customer commitments. This role is 50% warehouse-based and 50% office-based, requiring both hands-on and organizational skills to manage receiving, storing, order fulfilment, and outbound shipping.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Warehouse Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and a customer-centric approach.
- Implement and continuously optimize storage, receiving, and order fulfilment processes.
- Maintain a well-organized, secure, and clean warehouse environment.

**2. Inbound Deliveries and Inventory Management**:

- Supervise receipt of inbound deliveries, verifying accuracy and recording all goods received.
- Systematically store products, maintain accurate stock locations, and ensure labelling consistency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy, resolving any discrepancies.

**3. Order Fulfilment**:

- Lead daily order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping, meeting all delivery timelines.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance order accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate order fulfilment and minimize errors.

**4. Scheduling Outbound Transport and Carrier Coordination**:

- Coordinate outbound transport pickups, ensuring timely and organized shipping.
- Choose suitable transportation option based on order needs, prioritizing cost efficiency and service levels.

**5. Temporary Staff Scheduling, Administration, and Onboarding**:

- Recruit and schedule temporary staff during peak periods in coordination with external agencies.
- Handle administrative duties, including timekeeping, shift planning, and performance tracking.
- Provide onboarding and training to ensure temporary staff are familiar with warehouse protocols and safety standards.

**6. Health and Safety Compliance and Site Security**:

- Act as the keyholder for the warehouse, ensuring site security and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization to create a safe and efficient workspace for all team members.

**Core Skills and Requirements**:
**Experience**:
1+ years in customer service, order management, or administration role.

Experience in a retail, distribution, or e-commerce environment is a plus.

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to learn internal systems.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail in all aspects of order processing, reporting, and claims management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Ability to meet SLAs for key accounts and provide proactive support to customers.
