Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in quality management systems, excellent leadership skills, and attention to detail to oversee ensuring high standards of quality control within our operations. The ideal candidate must possess previous experience in a similar role within a warehousing and cold storage environment, have strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP principles, and be familiar with food safety regulations and certifications such as BRCGS, IFS, or FSSC 22000.
The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems compliant with industry regulations and standards. They will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify nonconformities and recommend improvements. The Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist will also manage and track product recalls, complaints, and deviations, collaborate with other department heads to drive continuous process improvements, ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping related to quality activities, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and report on quality metrics to senior management.
We offer a competitive salary between €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field. You should also be able to lead and motivate teams, provide clear direction and feedback, and have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Fluency in Dutch and English languages is required.
