**Functie omschrijving**

Als Commercial Manager (MT-lid) bij Mifa Aluminium draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het commerciële succes van het bedrijf. In deze rol ben je betrokken bij het opzetten van innovatieve processen en luister je naar de geluiden van de markt zodat je Mifa kunt blijven positioneren als de voorloper in de markt. Je rapporteert direct aan de Managing Director. Samen met het managementteam ontwikkel je de strategie die de richting, missie en visie van Mifa bepaalt. Je werkt nauw samen met het team om de bedrijfsdoelen te realiseren en de positie van Mifa in de markt te versterken.

In deze essentiële functie ben jij degene die demonstreert hoe je op een innovatieve en doeltreffende wijze relaties onderhoudt, en daarmee klanten bindt aan Mifa. Hierin ben je een coach en inspirator voor het sales team en zet je iedereen in hun kracht om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een sales
- en marketingstrategie, inclusief de vertaling naar doelstellingen;
- De implementatie van een new business en up
- en cross-sell strategie;
- Aansturen, motiveren en inspireren van de teams (10 direct reports), ‘’lead by example’’;
- Het continu verbeteren en borgen van diverse interne processen;
- Het voeren van beoordelings-en ontwikkelingsgesprekken.

**Functie-eisen**

Als Commercial Manager (MT-lid) ben je een visionair en neem je graag eigenaarschap. Je durft jezelf te laten zien en bent zoals gezegd een voorbeeld voor de sales en marketing teams. Je steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen en hebt een aanstekelijke winnaarsmentaliteit.

Je beschikt idealiter over:

- Een afgeronde, relevante HBO/WO opleiding;
- 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare, commerciële B2B management rol, en aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van commerciële en creatieve teams;
- Ervaring binnen een technische (productie) omgeving;
- Een track-record in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van sales
- en marketingstrategieën;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (een echte netwerker);
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en gericht. Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré.

**Organisatie**

Mifa Aluminium is gevestigd in Venlo, en met ruim 350 medewerkers werken ze dagelijks aan precisie producten die een bijdrage leveren aan onder andere een duurzamere en veiligere wereld. Zij werken overigens voor de mooiste internationale klanten in de marktsegmenten Industry, Aerospace, Mobility en Medical. Denk hierbij aan klanten als Porsche, Tesla, Philips en nog veel meer.
