Residential Property Assistant
Corporate Accounts - Work Dynamics EMEA
The Residential Property Assistant is responsible for the effective management of residential property services at one of our client's locations. This includes furnishing properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing inventories, and assisting the JLL team with customer move-in and move-out programs.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage reactive, M&E, Soft FM, and building fabric works in leased hold properties
Coordinate and plan all works/services with the supply chain
Assist with incidental and new works programs
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information in the JLL system
Establish a follow-up system for ongoing issues
Assist in managing the housekeeping of inventories and SRP flats
Liaise with third-party providers as needed
Collaborate with housing administrations
Provide staff residential accommodation services as defined by the contract
Manage invoices, purchase orders, rents, and utilities
**Requirements**:
Experience in a similar role
Fluency in English and Dutch (written and oral)
Proficiency in MS Office and systems management software
Experience with landlords, estate agents, and customers in a home search capacity
Ability to coordinate and manage planned and reactive services end-to-end
Experience in managing works and subcontractors
Understanding of tenancy agreements and housing administrations
Valid driver's license
