**Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Sales Coordinator**

As a Sales Coordinator you are part of the Sales & Marketing Team consisting of 7 driven and international colleagues. You will report directly to the Corporate Sales Manager & Director of Sales and depending on your profile, skills and interest will be focused on the corporate or leisure segment.

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a welcoming place, where guests find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. Our hotel has 330 rooms, 6 spacious event spaces, an inviting restaurant and 24/7 bar & market. We welcome guests from all over the world, whether for business, group travel or leisure.

**Responsibilities**
- Depending on your profile, skills and interest you will be focused for either the corporate of leisure segment.
- You are responsible for managing existing accounts and new client acquisition together with our sales manager.
- Update and maintain account profile’s in our Hyatt CRM tool.
- Negotiate contracts in line with our current hotel strategy.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and act on any threats/opportunity’s.
- Plan and organize client visits, lunches and client events.
- Maintaining strong, professional relationships with Hyatt’s global sales team, agencies, travel managers and business partners.

- You have great language skills in English and preferably Dutch.
- You are creative, pro-active, a natural planner and customer focused.
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.

**Preferred qualifications**
- You have at least one year of work experience in a similar role.
- You have great computer skills and preferably PMS system knowledge as well (e.g. OPERA)
