**The Opportunity**

You will be part of the Business Analyst 2 Chapter in the E2E area of Acceptance & Acquiring Tribe, under the Acquiring Division.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Conduct requirement gathering with business users to obtain a good understanding of their needs, translate the requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services so as to propose solutions that can effectively address customer business needs.
- Work collaboratively with the product owners and other members of the agile squad to achieve the sprint goals while fostering a positive working environment.
- Create and maintain internal documentation or reference materials on company shared space for Squad usage
- Engage with cross-functional Squads to successfully drive Features to completion, participating in the Release Train within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
- Expected to actively contribute in a multifaceted role that includes involvement in testing, development, and operational activities to support our DevOps transformation initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or substantial knowledge in IT related fields.
- At least 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst and functional design in banking and financial domain.
- Ability in analytical skill and problem solving attitude.
- Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis, project management, and collaboration (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent team player able to interact closely with, both internal and external clients; external suppliers and colleagues in a multicultural environment
- Experience working in an Agile organization (T-Shape, Scrum team, Scaled Agile, DevOps);
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- You have a strong sense of accountability and ownership, open-minded and proactive attitude;
- Proficient in reading and writing in English at a professional level.
- SQL expertise is essential.
- Being able to articulate technical details can be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with data modelling, cloud platforms (GCP), as well as knowledge on Informatica tool can be a plus.
