**This is your daily action**:
As IT Program Manager you are responsible to lead Technology in delivering new Technology capabilities for the Store Operations. You work for IT and in strong cooperation with Store Operation and Technology partners to set-up, manage and successfully deliver your programs. Functionally, you report to executive management Steerco’s. As Action is highly dynamic, it key you are proactively managing risks and opportunities to ensure that agreed objectives remain as planned.

In addition to your role as IT Program Manager, you are responsible for managing and delivery the Store Operations - Technology project portfolio. This portfolio is rolling and captures all projects, initiatives in the different stages of execution. The objective is to deliver this integrated portfolio against agreed priorities and commitments. As predictable as possible, focusing on project inter-dependencies, timely start-up and assurance of successful end-to-end project delivery. In this role, your functionally report to the Technology Portfolio Manager and to the Head of Store Operations - Technology.

You are part of the IT Projects & Portfolio team and your management report is the Head of IT Projects & Portfolio.

Our IT department adds value with dedicated horizontal / functional teams for Business domains (eg Store Operations), a Development & Operations team to manage shared Technology services, a team for Data Analytics & Business Insights. Furthermore, supportive teams for Projects & Portfolio management, Architecture and Security. Over 500 people work daily in and for Technology, the larger part on change. Keeping up with the challenges and expansion objectives at Action requires the best talent.

**This is you**:
As an IT Program Manager you are analytically strong, creative and you have senior project management skills. You have a service-oriented, proactive and no-nonsense attitude and you are able to communicate and cooperate substantively at various (international) levels within the organization. You also have a clear vision and know how to implement it. A positive and proactive attitude towards change and innovation is essential in this. Our formula with a surprisingly complete assortment and competitive prices also requires an entrepreneurial, critical and pragmatic attitude with high cost awareness.

And furthermore:

- At least 10 years of work experience as an IT Program Manager with adequate track record
- You have knowledge of traditional (Prince 2) and Agile (Scrum) methodologies
- Experience in managing and delivering project portfolio’s is an advantage
- Experience within the Store Operations / Retail industry is required
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of German and / or French language is an advantage
