Voor onze opdrachtgevers ben jij de persoon die ze altijd graag spreken. Je regelt dat eerstelijns support issues worden opgepakt, houdt overzicht en communiceert open en helder met klanten. Waar het kan zorg je dat issues die door jou kunnen worden opgepakt, afkomen en zorgt daarmee voor blije gezichten. Meestal ben je instaat om snel tot een geschikte oplossing te komen. Bij complexe uitdagingen duik je samen met je collega’s in het diepe en bewaak jij het overzicht. Middels een goed ingeregeld proces houd je overzicht op alle binnenkomende vragen, bewaak je de KPI’s en rapporteer je op hoofdniveau terug wat er mis is gegaan en hoe we ons zelf kunnen verbeteren. Dankzij jou wordt iedere support ticket een geschenk die onze organisatie sterker maakt.
