With a robust IT background and expertise in BC/DR planning, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding critical business functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, document, and maintain **Disaster Recovery (DR)** and **Business Continuity Management (BCM)** plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT infrastructure, cloud, and datacenter strategies.
- Act as a **technical document writer**, crafting high-quality and detailed documentation for IT and business continuity processes.
- Support IT Service Management processes (aligned with ITIL) and drive **IT process improvement** initiatives.
- Manage communication during incidents, ensuring clear and effective information flow across stakeholders.
- Participate in or lead **Agile** and **DevOps**-aligned projects, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct periodic **disaster recovery testing** and ensure readiness for various business scenarios.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive business continuity objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- HBO or university degree in IT or Business-related field.
- Certification or training in **Disaster Recovery** and **Business Continuity Management Planning** (desirable).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience as a **technical document writer**.
- In-depth knowledge of **IT infrastructure**, including datacenters and cloud environments.
- Expertise in **Disaster Recovery (DR)** and **Business Continuity Management (BCM)** processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with **ITIL**, **service management**, and **IT processes**.
- Experience in **Project Management** and **Application Architecture**.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of **10 years of IT experience** across various domains.
