**Director of Implementations**

As a director of implementations you will lead and develop regional implementation and turnaround projects to deliver successfully and on time, within budget, while meeting KPI’s. You will be leading our famous X-team and report directly into our managing director.

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual thriving in the midst of implementations, while leading a multi-functional team to ensure successful and seamless go-live of new projects and customers. Hybrid working is something we offer at GXO, but for this role most of your time will needed on site.

**Your responsibilities**
- You are responsible for the Implementation & turnaround project delivery and governance process across the Netherlands and Belgium
- Lead and deliver regional implementation & turnaround projects, while meeting KPI’s and business case profitability targets
- Support, lead and coach multi-functional teams to ensure a seamless go-live of new projects
- Support the business in identifying, reporting and managing risks within implementation projects
- Influence the outcome of turnaround projects with a hands-on approach while taking initiative in managing various project workstreams ensuring the delivery of success

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Excellent understanding of contract logistics (3PL) sector
- Extensive experience in (greenfield) start-up’s, implementation activities and leading large multidisciplinary teams
- A proven track-record within project & implementations within logistics
- Strong interpersonal awareness skills; you are able to prioritize, coach and mentor various project workstreams and local teams, typically working under pressure of meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- You have a can-do attitude, are pro-active and have a forward-thinking approach
