**Het gerechtshof Amsterdam zoekt een Hoofd Human Resource Management (HRM)**

**Het gerechtshof Amsterdam**

Het gerechtshof Amsterdam behandelt zaken in hoger beroep op het gebied van handelsrecht, belastingrecht, familierecht en strafrecht. Het heeft een afdeling bedrijfsvoering die verantwoordelijk is voor het soepel laten verlopen van alles wat er naast de primaire processen nodig is.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Hoofd HRM is een nieuwe rol binnen de afdeling bedrijfsvoering van het gerechtshof.

Als hoofd HRM heb je leidinggevende bevoegdheden in het team HRM dat uit 8 medewerkers bestaat. Je coördineert het werk van de teamleden die inhoudelijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor hun eigen (advies en beleids)onderwerpen. Je houdt de werkverdeling in de gaten en komt proactief met voorstellen om die werkverdeling te optimaliseren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige afwikkeling van het werk. Je stelt de HRM kostenbegroting op en houdt de uitgaven in de gaten. Je zorgt voor de ontwikkeling van de teamleden en geeft invulling aan de opleidingsbehoefte van de medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de HR-cyclus van het team en treedt op als begeleider/case manager bij ziekte.

Het hoofd HRM is onderdeel van het nieuwe MT bedrijfsvoering. In dat MT wordt beleid voorbereid voor het bestuur, en wordt gespard over de doelstellingen die de afdeling bedrijfsvoering als geheel wil bereiken. Het MT zorgt voor een integrale blik op de bedrijfsvoering aan het hof.

Als hoofd HRM adviseer je het bestuur over HRM onderwerpen en doe je aanbevelingen op het gebied van personeelsbeleid. Communicatie en verkrijgen van draagvlak voor HRM onderwerpen en te maken keuzes is essentieel.

Het hoofd HRM is meewerkend voormens in het team HRM. Het heeft dus naast de management taak een aandachtsgebied/afdeling binnen het hof en heeft een HR-adviesrol voor die afdeling of dat team. Case management is daarin een belangrijke component van het werk.

Tenslotte vertegenwoordigt het hoofd HRM het hof in de landelijke HRM overleggen.

**Waar ga je werken?**

Het gerechtshof is gevestigd op een prachtige locatie aan het IJ in Amsterdam, 10 minuten lopen van het centraal station. De informele sfeer en de mogelijkheid tot gedeeltelijk thuiswerken dragen bij aan een flexibele en moderne werkomgeving. Het gerechtshof bestaat per slot van rekening uit mensen die alleen als zij zich goed voelen het beste werk voor de maatschappij kunnen leveren. We staan aan de vooravond van de verdere professionalisering van de bedrijfsvoering. Het hoofd HRM zal daar een belangrijke rol in gaan spelen"._

**Wat bieden we je?**
- Betekenisvol werk, je levert een bijdrage aan een rechtvaardige samenleving.
- Een tijdelijk contract van max 1 jaar, met intentie tot vast bij goed functioneren Maandsalaris conform schaal 12 CAO Rijk: bruto mínimaal € 4.278,07 en maximaal € 6.320,43 (bij 36 uur p/w). Je wordt ingeschaald op basis van je kennis, kunde en ervaring. Vanwege het Cao-akkoord is dit per 1 juli 2024 op basis van 36 uur mínimaal € 4.691,71 en maximaal € 6.907,67.
- Verlof: 144 + 64 Individuele Keuze Budget (IKB) uren p/jr. Daarnaast is er een mogelijkheid om compensatieverlof op te bouwen.
- IKB-budget van 16,50% van je salaris p/jr, met keuzemogelijkheden in tijd en/of geld.
- Volledige vergoeding woon-werkverkeer op basis van tweede klasse OV.

**Wat vragen we van je?**
- WO/HBO denkniveau. Bijvoorbeeld een studie in HRM, bestuurskunde, bedrijfskunde, sociologie of psychologie.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende HR-rol.
- Kennis van relevante wet
- en regelgeving.
- Geeft leiding op empathische en verbindende wijze. Legt verantwoordelijkheden zo laag mogelijk in de organisatie.
- Teamplayer, positief kritisch, pro-actief en ‘hands-on’
- Sterk in analyse en oordeelsvorming, onderzoekend en nieuwsgierig in aanpak.
- Zorgvuldig op papier, ook ‘to the point’, tijdig en in begrijpelij
