**Over deze functie**:
Als Junior Internal Designer binnen de ACE Network ben jij de creatieve kracht achter onze communicatie en branding. Jouw focus? Alles wat ACE & Born05 als merk sterker maakt - van interne campagnes en presentaties tot social content en digitale designs. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze visuele identiteit niet alleen zichtbaar, maar ook voelbaar is binnen én buiten de organisatie.

Samen met de Junior Communicatie Specialist vorm je een dynamisch duo dat de merkidentiteit van ACE en Born05 laat stralen. Jouw ontwerpen versterken onze boodschap, creëren herkenbaarheid en zorgen voor impact. Binnen ACE en Born05 ben je overal zichtbaar, want jouw werk raakt werkelijk alles.

Naast je rol in het communicatieteam maak je ook deel uit van de studio, dat wordt aangestuurd vanuit Utrecht. Je werkt op twee locaties (Utrecht en Amsterdam), waardoor je kunt leren van ervaren professionals en jouw designs direct tot leven brengt - dicht bij het vuur dus.

**Dit zoeken we in jou**:
- Je hebt the basics. 1-3 jaar ervaring en een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Grafisch Ontwerp, Visual Design, Multimedia Design of een verwante studie.- Je bent creatief én strategisch. Je snapt dat design niet alleen mooi moet zijn, maar ook functioneel en impactvol. Je weet hoe je een merk visueel consistent houdt.- Je hebt skills. Ervaring met Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is een must. Knowledge or experience in Figma is handy. Kennis van motion design (After Effects) is een dikke plus.- Je werkt nauw samen met communicatie. Je begrijpt hoe beeld en tekst samenkomen en denkt actief mee over hoe design onze storytelling versterkt.- Je denkt vooruit. Je spot kansen, organiseert je werk goed en schakelt makkelijk met collega’s. Je bent zelfstandig, maar weet ook precies wanneer je moet samenwerken.

Je hebt een brede focus en een dynamische agenda:
**Branding & visuele storytelling** - Jij vertaalt ideeën naar inspirerende visuele concepten. Je bent consistent en bewaakt daarmee ook de merkidentiteit.**Interne & externe campagnes** - Je ondersteunt en versterkt communicatie-uitingen met krachtig design. Je schakelt snel met collega’s om vanuit een concept een passend en aantrekkelijk beeld te creëren.**Presentaties & communicatiemiddelen** - Jij tilt ons visuele materiaal naar een hoger niveau, staat stand-by voor aanpassingen en bewaakt de templates van ACE.
