**About the IT Team**: The IT team at EVOS is dedicated to ensuring seamless, secure and efficient operations at all terminals by consistently driving optimization, digitalization, secure and stable IT services.

The IT team consists of teams split across IT Security, Business Applications, End User Services, IT infrastructure and Operational Technology and consist of experienced colleagues together with our strategic service partners, who are together responsible for managing the relations with our suppliers and driving procurement excellence in our terminals as well as contributing to Evos Group. The IT team reports to the Head of IT, who is based in the Netherlands.- Gain in-depth knowledge of functional areas, especially Finance and Procurement, to recommend solutions within the Evos IT landscape.- Collect and analyse business requirements via interviews, workshops, and other techniques.- Provide user training and support to maximize system utilization.- Shape and document functional requirements, aligning with the Evos IT strategy.- Communicate technical trade-offs and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements.- Manage and support vendors during development, testing, and deployment.- Oversee system configurations, user profiles, and security settings. Document processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.- Provide troubleshooting, hands-on guidance, and ensure robust system operations.

**About you**:We expect that you match the following requirements:
Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders. Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area. Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.- Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes. Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.- Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
