Als Chef de Cuisine laat jij smaak en stijl samenkomen op het bord en breng jij dit tot in perfectie naar culinaire hoogten. **Functieomschrijving Chef de Cuisine - Restaurant (Pre-Opening)**:
In de functie van Chef de Cuisine ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de opstart van een gloednieuwe keuken, inclusief brigade. Je beheerst zowel het operationele als het administratieve aspect wat bij de functie hoort. En je bent onder andere bezig met:

- Het uitdenken en ontwikkelen van nieuwe gerechten en combinatie's van eten en drinken, die passen bij dit gloednieuwe concept;
- Keuken Management;
- Het bouwen van een topteam en alles om hen te ontwikkelen en motiveren;
- Ad-hoc acteren op de uitdagingen van de dag;
- Toezien op de naleving van verschillende voorschriften waaronder HACCP.

**Functiecriteria Chef de Cuisine - Restaurant (Pre-Opening)**:
De Chef de Cuisine die we zoeken voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

- Ervaren in koken binnen de fine dining en high-end omgeving;
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een Chef de Cuisine of Executive Chef functie;
- Ervaring met pre-opening van een restaurant is een pré;
- Ervaring op het gebied van culinair management;
- Creatief en innovatief, een foodie;
- Het streven naar kwaliteit met oog voor detail;
- Stressbestendigheid en kritisch;
- Je spreekt vloeiend de Nederlandse taal;
- Ervaring met lokale leveranciers is een pré.

**De aanbieding van Chef de Cuisine - Restaurant (Pre-Opening)**:
Als Chef de Cuisine heb je veel uitdagingen en draag je veel verantwoordelijkheid. Dit wordt beloond met een onderhandelbaar salaris op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur). Uiteraard zijn er zeer interessante secondaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die ik graag persoonlijk met je bespreek.

Binnen vier werkdagen laten wij je weten of je in aanmerking komt voor de positie. We plannen een kennismakingsgesprek in, digitaal of live. In dit gesprek informeren we jou zo volledig mogelijk over de vacature, het bedrijf en het vervolg van de procedure. In overleg met jou introduceren we je bij onze opdrachtgever om je vervolgens te blijven begeleiden in het sollicitatieproces.
