**Introduction**:

**Background information**:
The sector Human Resource is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities concerning HR: Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning and Information and Process Control. You will be part of the HR team supporting the QBP (Quality Business Performance) cluster within D&E which entails approximately 350 employees.

**Your assignment**:
You will be a member of our HR team of Performance & Integration, which is operating in one of the most dynamic parts of ASML. You will be able to work alongside your HR colleagues on tasks around:

- Development & learning;
- Compensation & benefits;
- Organizational development & performance;
- Well-being, diversity & inclusion.

You can be also a first point of contact of employees (on their requests) and assist them under your mentor's supervision. The colleagues in the HR team are more than willing and happy to introduce you to the HR expertise of ASML and to let you actively participate on our daily business and projects.

**Your profile**:
To be a match for this internship, you:

- Are a bachelor or master student in Human resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related studies;
- Are a team player and a self-starter, driven and enthusiastic;
- Have an open communication style;
- Are proficient in English, both written and verbally.

This is a bachelor or a master **apprentice **internship, for 3-5 days a week (2 days on-site) with a minimum duration of 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.

**Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.**
