**Why We Need You**

To expand our reach globally, we are seeking an International Business Development Manager. This role is essential for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and navigating international markets. If so, we invite you to take on the role of **International Business Development Manager**

**Position**:

- Research and identify prospective international clients and sell our services and goods to them.
- Solution-focused selling by efficiently and creatively explaining the functionalities and added value of our tool to (potential) clients.
- Identify new market opportunities for **international business** and communicate them within the team.
- Attend fairs and events to promote **Renoman** and systematically follow up.
- Gather feedback from potential clients to improve our product with new features.
- Create different business areas related to our industry, bringing new goods and services to our structure.
- Act as a company focal point for drafting relationship strategies, account and sales planning, reviewing contracts, and conducting negotiations.
- Develop and provide functional demonstrations of the solutions to customers and solicit client feedback on product features and capabilities to provide actionable insights to the company’s product management team.
- Exchange and manage potential partnerships, research and development projects, and collaborations in Türkiye.

**Requirements**:

- Several years of international work experience in a similar position in international business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural adaptability, and flexibility to travel.
- Fluency in English, Turkish (Preferably a third language).
- Bachelor's degree in Economy, Business Administration and / or International Trade
