**Customer Solution Analyst - Supply Chain, dit is je uitdaging**

Als Customer Solution Analyst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van uitstekende service aan onze klanten en het efficiënt beheren van de order-to-cash flow. Je werkt nauw samen met onze logistieke dienstverlener om te zorgen dat onze leveringen op tijd en foutloos worden uitgevoerd. Met jouw inzet zorgen we ervoor dat onze producten elke dag weer beschikbaar zijn voor onze consumenten.

Als Customer Solution Analyst - Supply Chain heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Het beheren van het serviceniveau en de klanttevredenheid van jouw eigen klantportfolio;
- Het onderzoeken en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen in de order-to-cash flow;
- Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, logistieke dienstverlener en Nestlé collega’s in o.a. Portugal en België.

Als Customer Solution Analyst - Supply Chain rapporteer je aan de Customer Solutions Manager en ben je deel van de afdeling Operations binnen Nestlé Nederland.

- Je hebt passie voor het opbouwen van relaties met klanten;
- je zoekt continu naar verbeteringen voor onze klanten;
- je hebt affiniteit met tools zoals Excel, kennis van PowerBI en SAP is een pré;
- uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- daarnaast ben je zelfstandig en stressbestendig, geen dag is hetzelfde bij Nestlé.
