As a Manager in our Legal & Compliance department, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping a globally structured division. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic legal advice, driving Compliance Awareness & Prevention initiatives, and developing internal policies. You will also lead anti-bribery and corruption efforts, conduct training programs, and ensure compliance across our global operations. This role requires a blend of legal expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills, as you will work closely with decision-makers to navigate complex business law matters and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

**Your Role as a **Legal and Compliance **Manager**
- As a Manager (f/m/div.) in the Legal & Compliance department, you will be involved in building a globally structured Legal and Compliance division. You will actively shape structures and processes while providing legal advice for ongoing business operations.
- You will work closely with decision-makers in our business units, providing solution-oriented advice on general business law matters, such as contract drafting and negotiation.
- A key focus of your role will be Compliance Awareness & Prevention, where you will develop and continuously enhance strategies and portfolios related to Anti-Bribery & Corruption Awareness and preventive measures.
- With your excellent legal, linguistic, and creative skills, you will develop relevant internal policies and compliance materials for both leaders and employees. You will also design and independently conduct training programs for various target groups.
- You will advise employees on Anti-Corruption matters and approve corresponding requests, considering internal regulations and legal, especially criminal law, requirements.
- Additionally, you will create transparency about corruption risks in connection with business partners and implement appropriate risk mitigation through effective business partner due diligence processes.
- You will coordinate the implementation and, if necessary, adaptation of the aforementioned topics in different countries and support internal investigations globally.
- International travel required up to 25%;
**Qualifications** What You Bring**:

- ** Education**: Completed law studies (fully qualified lawyer) with the first and second state exams or equivalent qualifications.
- ** Experience and Expertise**: 2 - 3 years of professional experience; legal expertise in economic criminal law, general business law (such as contract drafting and negotiation, IT law, antitrust law, or corporate law), Corporate Compliance, or the willingness to familiarize yourself with these areas.
- ** Personality and Work Style**: Value-oriented, articulate, team-oriented, reliable, independent, quality
- and customer-focused, while being creative, open to new ideas, and confident in dealing with various stakeholders.
- ** Skills**: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Any additional European languages are a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
