**Purpose of the role**:
The Compliance Coordinator assists the EU and ROW compliance team in the administrative coordination of a number of projects and vendors as well as in paralegal tasks. He/she liaises with other support functions including Legal and Medical Affairs, compliance officers on various projects to ensure timely delivery of those

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft minutes of meetings
- Create and update the excel tracker with all projects and initiatives of the department
- Liaise with external law firms advising on compliance issues in EU and ROW
- Track compliance training of staff ; liaise with Quality on this
- Support from admin point of view the roll out of SOPs and policies in EU and ROW
- Follow up on certain actions in strategic projects - his/her presence will be needed in strategic meetings of the department
- Provide support on PPT presentations issued by the department
- Research on legal and compliance issues
- Draft and review simple HCP and HCO related agreements or Data processing agreements under the supervision of compliance officers
- Point of contact with the business for matters relating to Policies and certain other matters (to be defined)
- Any other admin or paralegal work as required in the compliance department.

**Your profile**:

- Min 2 yrs of experience in law firm or legal or compliance department desirable
- University Degree (Bachelors or higher)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry desirable
- Excellent English language skills, an ability to interact with people at all levels in the organization Basic knowledge of legal and/ or compliance issues.
