Altijd opzoek naar kansen die leiden tot meer verkopen voor onze adverteerders en weet jij deze om te zetten naar performance deals? Dan zoeken wij jou**Over STROOM**:

- en performance bureau met energie voor groei. Groei voor de business van onze klanten. Want als er op de juiste media STROOM komt te staan, dan komt er groei in merkbekendheid, performance en businessresultaten.

Onze driver is Mediacommerce: de optimale balans tussen merk en performance, voor korte termijn resultaten en lange termijn groei.
- Wij adviseren merken over volledig geïntegreerde mediacampagnes; wij helpen om met media vraag te genereren en om die vraag te converteren naar optimale korte termijn resultaten. Altijd in de juiste balans. Zodat onze klanten niet alleen groeien, maar dit vooral op een duurzame manier doen. Wij zijn daarmee een mediabureau ‘nieuwe stijl’ en een performance bureau ‘nieuwe stijl’.**Over de rol**:
De rol van mediabureaus verandert in rap tempo. Als 100% onafhankelijk Nederlands bureau is het voor ons belangrijk om te blijven verrassen en innoveren om onze koploperspositie binnen het digitale landschap in Nederland te kunnen continueren. Als proactieve Partnership & Affiliate Manager begrijp je dat je klanten moet verrassen met out-of-the-box affiliate-kansen om doelstellingen te behalen en verkopen te realiseren.

Inhoudelijk werk je mee aan een aantal van onze grootste accounts zoals Bike Totaal, Blokker, MaxiCosi, Amazon en Bosch & Siemens. Als voorloper binnen jouw vakgebied ken jij alle ins & outs van affiliate
- en performance marketing en draag je continu bij aan het kennisniveau en expertise binnen onze organisatie en bij onze klanten.

Samen met de Search-, Programmatic advertising en Social media specialisten binnen de klantenteams stuur jij op inhoud en vult de performance-vraagstukken van onze klanten zo goed mogelijk in. Jouw kanaal draagt zo maximaal bij aan de klantdoelstelling. Dagelijks bekijk je resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Wekelijks bespreek je met de klant alle optimalisaties die jij hebt voorgesteld. Je rapporteert aan de Teamlead Partnership Marketing en werkt nauw samen met de Mediacommerce consultants.
- STROOM bedient haar klanten niet alleen binnen de reguliere open affiliate netwerken. We hebben daarnaast ook eigen affiliate technologie in huis waarmee we gesloten partnerprogramma’s bouwen. Hiermee creëren we meerwaarde voor onze klanten vanuit het affiliate kanaal door Performance Deals te sluiten met partners die buiten de reguliere affiliate netwerken opereren. Behalve vergelijkers, kortingscode
- en cashback partijen bestaat onze affiliate mediamix ook uit performancedeals met de grootste media-exploitanten van Nederland. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de eigen partners van klanten, je beheert je eigen partnerprogramma’s van jouw klantenpakket en bouwt dealconstructies met nieuwe partners.**Over jou**:
- Je bent in staat om affiliate kansen in kaart te brengen, deze om te zetten in performance deals en hebt een commerciële mindset. Je weet hoe commissiestructuren werken en weet deze op maat in te richten;
- Je bent goed in het maken van dealconstructies (CPA, CPC, CPL en Hybride);
- Je bent bekend met de affiliate netwerken en verschillende publisher verticals;
- Je bent communicatief sterk (ook in Engels woord en geschrift) en bent goed in het onderhouden van publisher contacten. Je vindt het leuk om met klanten resultaten en kansen te bespreken;
- Je kan strategie omzetten naar actionables en haalt altijd je deadlines;
- Je hebt een analytisch vermogen waarmee je data omzet in inzichten voor onze klanten. Deze inzichten kun je in duidelijke taal overbrengen;
- Je volgt de laatste marketingtrends via blogs en sociale netwerken. Zo weet je precies welke kansen we nog kunnen benutten;
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt goed samen. Je staat altijd klaar om bij te springen waar nodig;
- Je wordt graag uitgedaagd en denkt altijd dat het beter kan of zet je tanden erin om het beter te kunnen. ‘Kan niet’ bestaat niet.
- Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on Junior Partnership & Affiliate Manager. Onze ideale kandidaat heeft onder andere:
- Bij voorkeur enige ervaring in Partnership management of affiliate marketing;
- Kennis van web analytics zoals Google Analytics is een pré;
- Kennis van affiliate netwerken (Partnerize is een pré);
- Gedegen kennis van verschillende affiliate netwerken en tracking mogelijkheden;
