**Who we are & What we do**:
United Repair Centre is a repair business for fashion brands to put repair on the map while creating social and environmental impact collectively. The United Repair Centre has outdoor brand Patagonia as its founding partner, providing integrated clothing repair and resale solutions for fashion, apparel and workwear brands that want to create positive environmental impact and local employment opportunities for people with a distance to the labor market at the same time. Brands we work with are, amongst others, Lululemon, Peak Performance, CP Company, Rapha and The North Face.
We strive to make it easy for leading apparel brands in Europe to achieve their circularity goals. We do so by offering high-quality repair services and buy back previously loved clothing, and re-sell them to a new owner.
At the same time, we create a positive social impact by providing training and employment opportunities to new comers with refugee backgrounds, young adults and other people who face difficulties in accessing the labor market. We demonstrate that it is possible to changethe clothing industry by putting people first while creating value with têxtiles that otherwise would be wasted.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Jr. Partnership Manager to join our growing team The junior partnership manager is crucial to realizing our enormous ambition. Together with our Head of Partnership manager, you execute and manage the commercial strategy, ensure a well-filled pipeline of leads, convert them into successful partnerships and manage accounts with love to maintain and deepen partner relationships.
An important aspect of the role revolves around our Repair Tech Platform, a cornerstone in our partner relationships and proposition. This platform not only streamlines operations but also focuses on delivering substantial value to our partners. As part of the team, you'll be immersed in this technology, leveraging it to enhance partner experiences in repair programs.
In this role you will work closely with our Head of Partnership manager, Operation Manager, the COO and CEO An exciting and challenging role in an innovative playing field. You get the opportunity to grow with the company and make a big impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
- Management of the new leads and the associated pipeline:
- Outreach and lead creation;
- Onboarding new partners in the United Repair Center process;
- Management of existing partners and maintaining the relationship;
- Growing repair volumes together with partners;
- Improving sales practices;
- Reporting on results.
PROFILE
- An energetic and ambitious junior Partnership Manager/Account Manager;
- Background in the fashion sector preferred, with a minimum (1-3) years of experience in sales, account management or equivalent.
- Good organizational, project and time management skills;
- Strong appreciation for United Repair Center's social mission and the production of sustainable têxtile products;
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in English is a must (Dutch and German fluency a large plus)"
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCES
- Study in communications, commercial economics, business or fashion management -minimum HBO level
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the têxtile industry
