As a Partnership manager, you’ll be part of the Partnership Team and will report directly to the Head of Partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining and building strong partnerships with our partners around the world and giving them adequate and timely responses to their inquiries and demands, active account management, optimization, and retention of key accounts. You will be involved making sure our partners are optimally connected to our instantly delivered mobile ticketing solutions.
**Responsibilities**- Support existing B2B partners around the world
- Help to build and roll out a strategy to manage affiliate and marketing partners in the best way possible
- Successfully onboard contracted partners
- Identify potential partners to optimize and manage high-volume and strategic partners
- Develop strategies, execute partner success plans, and report on key metrics to ensure retention
- Provide commercial advice on performance optimization
- Recommend process and implementation improvements
- Negotiate and review commercial agreements with partners
- Exceed sales and revenue targets by effectively managing quarterly goals
- **Requirements**:
- Scale-up mindset
- Living in **Amsterdam or Barcelona**- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (marketing partnerships) with a proven track record
- Experience in working effectively with external partners
- Strong focus on results and achieving targets
- Experienced in a day-to-day trading environment with fast-paced decision-making and actions
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinking for effective decision-making
- Experienced in negotiating conditions, rates, and partnerships
- Logical decision-maker based on data
- You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
- Experience in the Travel Industry is a plus
- Fluent in English. Other languages such as Chinese, Spanish, Italian, French, and German are a big plus- Perks & Benefits at Tiqets-
