Regional Sales Manager Europe

**XPEL, Inc.** (NASDAQ: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a **Regional Sales Manager **for their Europe region.
**SUMMARY**
We are seeking a passionate and professional **Regional Sales Manager**, who's focus will be to create successful sales plans and to develop a strong sales team. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem-solver, passionate with building and coaching a team, and strives to be an integral part of the overall leadership community and contribute to the success of the Company.
**CORE DUTIES**
- Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
- Manage and develop assigned area business relationships by working with Territory Managers and Marketing Manager and providing management summary reports as required.
- Hiring, training, and managing a sales team (8 FTE) in the assigned territories
- Supervise activities of the sales team and provide effective coaching to optimize the market engagement and representation of The Company
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional partners such as the Customer Services and Operations departments, to forecast product sales, create initiatives and set targets within the region
- Responsible for retaining and expanding existing company relationships for all product lines and assigned area(s).
- Monitor and analyze market usage of our product; introducing new products
- Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key accounts alongside Territory Managers
- Perform individual market analyses within assigned area to develop new customer strategies, and driving the pragmatic follow-up of new sales plans
- Represent the Company in various civic and community functions to further enhance its image and develop additional business.
- Monitor and approve expenses, schedules, and time off requests for team members
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years professional sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry
- A proven ability to develop and execute sales plans and activities
- Strong people skills and experience in coaching a team in the field

- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
