**Manager Contract Logistics (fulltime/37,5 uur - locatie Amsterdam)**

Voor onze gezellige locatie in Amsterdam zoeken wij een enthousiaste, hands-on en gedreven Manager Contract Logistics met ervaring binnen een logistieke organisatie (3pl/supply chain).

**Dit ga je doen**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de medewerkers op de locatie (Customer Service en Warehouse) en middelen op deze locatie en werkt daarin nauw samen met de Assistant Manager Contract Logistics en Warehouse Teamleads;
- Je bent profit and loss verantwoordelijk;
- Je rapporteert aan de Director Contract Logistics;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op deze locatie;
- Optimaliseren van de operatie door middel van het uitwerken en opvolgen van de jaarlijkse LEAN roadmap;
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van Safety
- en Facility Management;
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van het budget en kostenplan voor de locatie.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het relatiebeheer met klanten;
- Je houdt je bezig met het optimaliseren en/of uitbreiden van diensten bij bestaande klanten;
- Je stuurt actief aan op het behalen van KPI’s;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de veiligheidsregels van medewerkers;
- Je voert beoordelings
- en functioneringsgesprekken en bent actief betrokken bij het werven e/o selecteren van nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je onderhoudt nauw contact met je collega’s die ook een locatie aansturen binnen Nederland.

**Dit ben jij**
- Je beschikt over mínimaal HBO werk
- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding en/of ervaring;
- Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke organisatie (3pl/supply chain), dit is een _must_;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse
- en Engelse taal;
- Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven en sales en affiniteit met LEAN;
- Je beschikt over goede leiderschapskwaliteiten en bent daadkrachtig;
- Je bent sociaal, proactief en flexibel;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel woord als geschrift;
- Je bent een sparring partner voor de stakeholders binnen de organisatie;
- Je bent resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig;
- Last but not least..., je neemt vrolijkheid, positiviteit en humor met je mee Dit krijg je van ons
- Een fulltime baan van 37,5 uur en een salaris tussen de € 4.850 en € 6.000 op basis van opleiding en ervaring;
