Logistics Account Manager Position

FrieslandCampina, a leading dairy company, is seeking an experienced Logistics Account Manager to join their Strategic Partnerships team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team, driving business growth and quality improvement through effective partnership management. As a Logistic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring product quality, and optimizing supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key partners in co-packing
  • Run improvement projects to reduce complaints, failure costs, and improve quality and processes
  • Balancing demand and supply on a tactical level with partners and within the department
  • Managing the product portfolio of the Strategic Partnership department
  • Running projects to implement new partners, products, and routes to market
Requirements:
  • MSc Degree in Supply Chain or Food Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in using ERP/planning systems (SAP)
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent relationship management, and commercial acumen
