About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Senior Sourcing Manager, where you will be responsible for procuring indirect services, strategic sourcing activities within the Contractors and Energy sub-category. You will work closely with a team of Sourcing Managers and Operational Buyers in this sub-category, reporting directly to the Head of Indirect Contractors and Energy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing: Actively participate in strategic sourcing activities for the Contractors sub-category, focusing on achieving cost reductions while maintaining or improving service quality or vendor service levels.
- Capex Procurement: Manage capex procurement activities, including engineering/EPC/design build/EPCM contracts, across the globe.
- Project Management: Participate in project procurement/management meetings and prepare and propose procurement strategies.
- Sourcing Activities: Carry out sourcing activities for service contracts, including maintenance & operations.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiate and close framework-agreements for global & EU region services under the Contractors sub-category.
- Negotiation: Perform best-in-class negotiation processes via analysis of supply & demand trends.
- Relationship Management: Establish and manage global/regional relationships with suppliers.
- Vendor Performance: Monitor performances of vendors and their compliance with commitments.
- Issue Resolution: Address and solve operational issues with suppliers/support contract management activities.
