**Over het werk**:
You are responsible for all order administration for the Polish market. From the quotation until the moment the customer receives their order, you handle everything. You input customer data into the system and keep it up-to-date, you send out quotations, provide advice to customers, and you process orders. Then, you gather the correct transport documentation and monitor the progress. You keep your customers informed about when they can expect their orders. If things go wrong, you are proactive in finding solutions and you always keep your colleagues and customers updated. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, you collaborate extensively with colleagues. This involves maintaining contact to coordinate deliveries and ensure the quality of the products. If a customer is dissatisfied with something, you handle the complaints in a professional manner. Ultimately, you want your customers to be happy.

- You speak the Polish language fluently (and English or Dutch)
- You have experience in commercial support
- You have strong problem solving and communication skills

**Over het bedrijf**:
You will be working at an internationally operating company which develops new flower and fruit varieties for the flowers and plants industry. They create, produce, and deliver high-quality (new) varieties and excellent service to customers. There is a high chance that if you pick up a fruit or flower in the supermarket, this company has developed that variety.
