**Role Description**

For our leading canned fish brands Princes and Vier Diamanten we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic colleague who will support the activities within the Marketing team (9 people).
- Your role (fulltime, 36 hours) is to bring a positive impact on the Princes and Vier Diamanten brand in close collaboration with the Marketing Managers and other departments.
- Various elements like product change management, social media planning and management, budget administration and (ad hoc) business monitoring are key elements. The Marketing team strives for a sustainable, innovative, appealing and most of all to be the favourite fish brand to customers and consumers. Our vision: Offer great tasting choices for everyone without costing the earth, day in and day out
- Main activities:_
- General support on both our brands (Princes and Vier Diamanten) in close collaboration with the marketing managers
- Lead, coordinate and deliver new products (NP) and existing product development (EPD) projects on the brands
- Packaging (design) management (labels, checks, changes and approvals)
- Implementing and managing the social media strategy on our brands as well as the brand websites
- Delivery of in store communication (displays, various advertising, online communication)
- Lead internal brand communication (news letters for instance)
- Competitor scanning
- Project management for brand events, activations.
- Analyse, track and monitor our brand performance using Nielsen, GFK data and internal sales data

This is all happening at our office in the vibrant city centre of Rotterdam (near Markthal)**Role Requirements**
- Knowledge / Experience_
- Graduate calibre, preferably in (International) Business Administration or Marketing Management
- Working experience in the field of consumer brand / marketing support within the (Dutch) FMCG market is a definite plus
- Preferably with a digital / online experience in marketing
- Experience of working with Dutch retail customers would be a benefit
- Preferably understanding of Nielsen/GfK data and reporting, monitoring
- Skills_
- Dutch and English speaking and writing is a must. German is a plus
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, and resilient team player
- With an open, creative, innovative, entrepreneurial mind
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
- Committed and can do attitude
- Analytical (comfortably understanding / interpreting / analysing data)
- Prepared to take full responsibility / ownership
- Organised, efficient, able to work to deadlines and manage work load
