**Who are you?**:

- You are an enthusiastic people person, with a bachelor’s degree in HR or other relevant education.
- You have at least 4 years of work experience within recruitment, preferably in an international context.
- You are a communicative and empathic team player with experience as team lead.
- You are eager to set goals and take initiative.
- You have knowledge (and love) for working with SDGs or development cooperation.
- You have excellent communication skills and preferably experience in working with volunteers.
- You have excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
- You are comfortable with the use of digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.

**Being a Recruitment Team Lead**:
As a vital member of the PUM community, your role is both dynamic and rewarding. You play a key role in the organisation, the HR department and of course our volunteers. What will a day in the office look like for you as a Recruitment Team Lead? Just to name a few responsibilities, you will be:

- First point of contact for recruitment-related questions for all volunteers and management for volunteer positions.
- Coordinating and coaching a team of 4 volunteer recruiters; with support of the HR manager.
- Pre-selecting, interviewing and pre-screening of new volunteers.
- Together with the corporate recruiter you are jointly responsible for the further professionalising and digitalisation of the recruitment processes, such as: recruitment strategy per sector, labor market communication, employer branding, training interview techniques, diversity & inclusion, trends in the market, etc.
- Labour market communication (website, LinkedIn and other job boards).
- Organisation of small events such as workshops and training together with the HR project manager people development.
- Managing the online recruitment platform together with the corporate recruiter.

**Ins and outs of the role of Recruitment Team Lead**:
We offer a competitive salary around €3800;
- and €4200;
- based on 37.5 hours, depending on your experience. We provide numerous perks, including an 8% holiday allowance, a 13th-month bonus, ‘working-from-home’ and commuting allowances, 28 days of holiday, a pension plan, a training budget, a weekly boot camp, and more. Our stunning office, conveniently located within walking distance of The Hague Central Station, boasts breathtaking views. Prescreening is part of the selection process.
