In this role, you will lead and enhance the Talent Acquisition department to attract the right talent and support the company's ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You build, train, and lead an international recruitment team across multiple locations, primarily in the Netherlands.
  • You establish recruitment processes to meet business needs and streamline sourcing.
  • You drive the Talent Acquisition strategy aligning with the broader HR vision, focusing on long-term workforce planning with an emphasis on graduate recruitment.
  • You deliver top-notch talent acquisition services and assistance to key stakeholders.
  • You oversee talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and employer branding functionalities.
  • You define and track meaningful KPIs, monitoring performance and budget.
  • You continuously enhance Talent Acquisition Services.
  • You introduce innovative practices in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
  • You manage Talent Acquisition tools and processes organization-wide.
  • You ensure globally established processes and policies are implemented and adhered to within the company.
  • You provide leadership to a team of around 10 recruiters, predominantly based in the Netherlands.
  • You motivate, develop, and mentor the recruitment team members to achieve high performance.

Required Profile:

  • Over 6 years of proven team leadership experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition alongside other areas like consultancy or project management.
  • Management skills: adept at coaching and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; capable of building lasting relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in an international business setting is beneficial.
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Strong strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Highly energetic and collaborative team player.
  • Innovative mindset (looking from the outside in).
  • Capability to oversee multiple projects, serving as a creative issue resolver.
  • Expected office presence of at least 3 days per week.
