**Wat je kan verwachten**
Het HR-team voert voor meer dan 350 medewerkers per dag het totale personeelsbeleid uit en is sparringpartner voor medewerkers, afdelingshoofden en MT-leden op het gebied van personeelsuitvoering. Het is een zeer dynamische werkomgeving, waar geen dag hetzelfde is. De uren zijn in overleg te bepalen.

Dit is de ideale rol voor iedereen die zich binnen Human Resources wil ontwikkelen. In deze functie coördineer je meerdere administratieve processen. Je ondersteunt in het vergunning proces van onze Japanse collega's en dat de huisvesting is geregeld bij aankomst in Nederland. Je bent betrokken bij de on
- en offboarding, stelt contracten op en zorgt voor een correcte archivering van documentatie. Daarnaast coördineer je onze interne HR gerelateerde trainingen. Dagelijks lopen collega's het HR kantoor binnen, dit kan gaan om het ondertekenen van een promotiebrief of contractverlenging, maar ook het beantwoorden van HR gerelateerde vragen. Jij zorgt er voor dat medewerkers prettig geholpen worden.
- Ondersteunen in het administratieve proces van werk
- en verblijfsdocumenten;
- Het uitvoeren van administratieve taken gerelateerd aan on
- en offboarding;
- Coördineren van zaken rondom huisvesting voor medewerkers;
- Coördineren van trainingen.

Wees gerust, je werkt niet alleen Ons HR team bestaat uit 8 personen, waaronder drie HR Business Partners, HR Manager en Assistant HR Manager en een HR coördinator. Werkdagen zijn van maandag t / m vrijdag van 9:00 - 17:00 uur.

**Wat wij bieden**
- Contract: 1 jaar, mogelijkheid tot verlenging, we willen dat je blijft

- Bonus: 1 week salaris wanneer het hotel het begrote GOP (Bruto Bedrijfsresultaat) bereikt en je een minimum totaalscore van succesvol behaalt in je jaarlijkse evaluatie
- 8% vakantiegeld (pro rato)
- 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (pro rato)
- Horeca CAO is van toepassing
- Algemene Pensioen regeling van Horeca en Catering
- Algemene Nabestaanden pensioen
- Aantrekkelijke family en friends rates op overnachtingen bij Hotel Okura Amsterdam
- Één keer per jaar personeelskorting in een van de restaurants (50%)
- Personeelskorting in onze restaurants (20%)
- Tegemoetkoming in reiskosten vanaf 10 km (enkele reis)
- Studiebudget van €1.000
- Na het behalen van de proeftijd ontvang je een overnachting met ontbijt cadeau (2 personen), zodat je het hotel kan ervaren als een gast
