The Omni Group is een gerenommeerd partner in de hotelschoonmaakbranche. In Nederland wordt hard aan de weg getimmerd en om die reden zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor ons kantoor gevestigd in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Je gaat ook de locatie managers bezoeken.

The Omni Cleaning Compnay staat voor goede kwalitatieve hotelschoonmaak. Wij opereren in verschillende steden in Nederland, waaronder Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Den Haag, Utrecht en Maastricht. Daar je ook af en toe direct met de teams zult werken op locatie en om het persoonlijke contact te behouden, is een rijbewijs een grote pré.

Ons werk, is puur mensenwerk. Het doel van deze functie en afdeling is dan ook om alle medewerkers en leidinggevenden zodanig te ondersteunen dat zijn zich goed kunnen concrenteren op de operationele taken.

De voertaal is voornamelijk Engels.

Als HR Officer ben je het hart van de afdeling en voor de organisatie, je bent verantwoordelijk voor zeer gevarieerde administratieve taken en HR processen. Je geeft training en sturing waar nodig.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die ervaring heeft als binnen Human Resources.

De vacature is op fulltime basis, 38 uur. Parttime is bespreekbaar, minimum 3 dagen per week.

Waar zijn we naar op zoek:

- Je hebt kennis van het Nederlands arbeidsrecht en wetgeving.
- Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, de ziekteverzuimbegeleiding, aanleveren gegevens voor de salarisadministratie en bent in staat informatie te verstrekken aan werknemers over arbeidsvoorwaarden en procedures.
- Je ondersteunt onze leidinggevenden op diverse locaties in het land, bij het uitvoeren van hun taken. Dit houdt in dat je ook fysiek naar de hotels toegaat. Zij wenden zich tot jou voor het plaatsen van vacatures, vragen om advies.
- Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers en krijgt de taak voor de juiste uitvoering van de personeelsadministratie.
- Je onderhoudt het contact met uitzendbureaus’s en zorgt dat alle documentatie van de medewerkers en de controle daarop ten alle tijden in orde is. Je verwerkt de uren van de uitzendkrachten en geeft deze wekelijks door aan de bureau’s.

- Werkervaring binnen de hotellerie en/of schoonmaakbranche is een absolute pré
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels zowel in woord als geschrift
- Goed kunnen schakelen en inspelen op veranderende omstandigheden
- Oplossingsgericht en pro-actieve werkhouding
- Cijfermatig inzicht
- Uitstekende kennis van MS Office is een vereiste
- In bezit van rijbewijs B
- Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit
