Voor onze hotels in centrum Amsterdam zoeken wij een ervaren en motiverende **HR Business Partner** die met eigen inbreng een waardevolle ‘employee experience’ creëert voor onze teamleden.

Over de functie:
Als** Cluster HR Business Partner** ondersteun, coach en faciliteer je de afdelingshoofden en General Managers van de 3 hotels in alle ‘People & Culture’ aangelegenheden zodat onze teamleden elke dag het beste van zichzelf kunnen laten zien. Hierbij focus je op zowel de strategisch lange termijn alsmede de dagelijkse HR aangelegenheden in de hotels.

Jij motiveert en enthousiasmeert en je hebt authenciteit hoog in het vaandel, je weet op elk niveau connecties te creëren en te behouden. Samen met het management team van de hotels zorg je voor een positieve en productieve werkomgeving waarbij iedereen het beste uit zichzelf kan halen en zijn of haar talenten ontwikkelt. Je bent een ambassadeur voor onze waarden en cultuur. Met jouw inhoudelijk HR en arbeidsrechtelijke kennis en ervaring ben je een belangrijke sparringspartner voor het management.

Je wordt in jouw functie ondersteund door de gecentraliseerde afdelingen Talent Acquistion, Learning & Development en HR Technology, alsmede het HR Support Center die zorgdraagt voor het gehele administratieve proces gedurende het dienstverband van onze teamleden. Samen met deze afdelingen ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale employee experience en lifecycle.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Coachen en ondersteunen van de afdelingshoofden samen met de General Managers;
- Adviseren bij o.a. (complexe) arbeidsrechtelijke cases, ziekteverzuim, salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden, succession planning, talent management en organisatiestructuur van jouw hotels;
- Ondersteunen en adviseren bij de coaching en ontwikkeling van de teamleden;
- Evalueren, optimaliseren en het up to date houden van relevante HR policies en procedures;
- Aanleveren van de HR KPI’s, analyseren en adviseren van senior management op basis van deze KPI’s;
- Het implementeren, bewaken en uitvoering geven aan de HR instrumenten op het gebied van o.a. employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits en engagement.

Een ervaren HR generalist met relevante werkervaring en aantoonbare kennis binnen het vakgebied HR en actuele kennis van wet
- en regelgeving. Jouw drive is om het beste uit mensen, teams en jezelf te halen. Je kunt uitstekend en helder communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels.

- en regio kantoor, Talent Acquisition Manager ondersteund door een Regional Recruiter en een Talent Acquisition Coordinator en een Regional Director People & Culture.
