Als Customer Service medewerker zal je klantvragen en reparatieverzoeken op een beleefde en professionele manier afhandelen, terwijl je globale technische ondersteuning en oplossingen biedt aan de klanten. Je wordt gevraagd verschillende databases te gebruiken en analytische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen om problemen nauwkeurig en efficiënt op te lossen, terwijl je een goede klanttevredenheid behoudt.
Je bent bezig met Customer Journey van A tot Z. Je hebt contact met verschillende soorten klanten van de opdrachtgever. Van eindgebruikers tot wederverkopers. Mocht de oplossing buiten jou om liggen, dan weet jij de juiste doorverwijzingen te maken naar de interne reperatieteams of logistieke partners voor, bijvoorbeeld, retourzendingen. Je bent de hele dag telefonisch in de weer. En in de momenten dat jouw stem even rust heeft, kan je ook vragen per mail beantwoorden en behandelen. De baan is divers en er is altijd wat te doen. - MBO werk
- en denkniveau, het liefst ook werk ervaring in vergelijkbare functies;
- Zeer goed Engels in woord en geschrift. Het is een internationaal bedrijf en sommige klanten spreken jou ook aan in het Engels. Een extra taal is altijd een pluspunt
- Affiniteit met elektronische producten zoals beeldschermen, speakers, beamers, etc;
- Je moet een dikke huid hebben Helaas is niet iedere klant even fijn om mee te spreken;
- Flexibel in werktijden. Je kunt in dagdienst werken of juist op andere momenten om de customer service afdeling zo goed mogelijk bereikbaar te houden.

**Hier kom je te werken**
Je gaat werken op het BeNeLux hoofdkantoor van de internationale opdrachtgever en vanuit daar worden 10 verkoopkantoren in heel Europa ondersteunt. De opdrachtgever biedt een breed scala aan producten met geïntegreerde technologieën: eSports-monitoren en -apparatuur, LCD-monitoren, projectoren, LED-verlichtingsproducten, interactieve displays en draadloze presentatieoplossingen. Je bent dus veel bezig en thuis in de gaming producten en hebt ook de kans naar evenementen te gaan namens de opdrachtgever.
