As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers, who rely on our solutions to accelerate their research, streamline processes, and drive innovation in clinical research. You will lead by example, fostering a customer-centric culture while implementing best practices to deliver outstanding Clinical Operations.

The scope of Clinical Operations will continue to evolve in line with Castor's mission and strategic direction.

**What you'll focus on**:

- Ensure the high-quality delivery of all Clinical Operations for our studies
- Responsible for delivering Clinical Operations fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Optimize workflows to meet service delivery goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic business services partners, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success.
- Ensure alignment with Castor's mission and strategic direction.
- Coordinate regular meetings and business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.
- Contribute to and execute the Clinical Operations strategy aligned with the company's goals, emphasizing a proactive and scalable approach to delivery of Clinical Operations.
- Continuously analyze Clinical Operations metrics and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or critical customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work closely with the Compliance, Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

**What you'll bring**:
You'll definitely have:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (life sciences, computer science, engineering, or similar). An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (min 5 years) in the life sciences software and/or SaaS technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of life sciences software solutions and a good understanding of clinical research including knowledge of regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11, ICH guidelines, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Experience with SDTM (Study Data Tabulation Model) mapping, conversion, and implementation. Strong knowledge of database management, database design, SQL querying, data manipulation, and database administration tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships and building collaborative relationships with external organizations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and partnership dynamics.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
