Ben jij een creatieve geest met een passie voor digital design? Als digital designer ben jij de spil in het creëren van visuele verhalen die onze klanten laten opvallen. Als je het geweldig vindt om mooie dingen te maken en dit voor verschillende opdrachtgevers wil doen, dan hebben wij dé functie voor jou.
Bij Afdeling Online zijn we op zoek naar een getalenteerde digital designer om ons creatieve team te versterken. Je blinkt niet alleen uit in design, maar beschikt ook over de nodige kennis in motion. Je wordt onderdeel van Team Creatie, een ambitieus team dat dit jaar van start is gegaan en nu klaar is om verder te groeien.
**Design skills**
Als designer werk je nauw samen met onze Lead concept & creatie. Jullie vormen een ijzersterk duo. Jouw taak is om het concept tastbaar te maken voor de klant door middel van prachtige visuele uitwerkingen: van een website ontwerp tot een videocampagne. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en produceren van hoogwaardige visuele content die de aandacht trekt en het verhaal van onze klanten tot leven brengt.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
Deze taken staan op jouw to do list:
- Ontwerpen en produceren van hoogwaardige motion graphics en animaties.
- Designs maken voor websites en andere online middelen.
- Bewaken van de consistentie van het merkbeeld over alle digitale kanalen en materialen, inclusief kleurenschema's, typografie en visuele stijl.
- Bouwen aan ons team van creatieve professionals door mee te denken met concepten én ze uit te voeren.
- Deelnemen aan brainstormsessies om creatieve ideeën te genereren samen met de concepter.
- Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste trends en technologieën op het gebied van motion design en visuele communicatie. Deze kennis deel je met het team en jouw klanten.
- Binnen multidisciplinaire projecten samenwerken met bijvoorbeeld SEA marketeers en social media specialisten om in teamverband tot de beste resultaten en adviezen te komen.
- Video’s editen.
- Het zou fantastisch zijn als je ook productieskills hebt. Denk aan het tot in de puntjes verzorgen van een video-draaidag.
**Wat bieden wij?**
- Een contract van 24 tot 40 uur per week voor de duur van een half jaar. Uiteraard met de intentie om er daarna een lange samenwerking van te maken.
- Een salaris tussen de € 2500 en € 3500. Dit is bruto, op basis van 40 uur en exclusief vakantiegeld. Afhankelijk van jouw kunde en ervaring schalen wij jou in.

**Hoe ziet jouw gemiddelde werkdag eruit?**
**9.00 - 9:30 uur**
Je komt aan op kantoor in Helmond en begroet je collega's terwijl je je computer opstart. Terwijl je je favoriete mok uit de kast haalt, word je al begroet door de verleidelijke geur van vers gezette koffie. Met een slok van je dampende brouwsel en een opgewekte glimlach begin je aan je dag, nieuwsgierig naar de creatieve avonturen die voor je liggen.
**9.30 - 12.30 uur**
Met een duidelijk beeld van wat er moet gebeuren, duik je in je eerste project van de dag. Een groot museum opent binnenkort een adembenemende expo en heeft ons gevraagd om een vette campagne op te zetten. Je ontvangt een concept van de concepter en je begint vol enthousiasme met het creëren van de mooiste designs die je doorvoert in social media uitingen, een landingspagina, een video én korte YouTube bumper ads en animaties voor een nieuwe digitale marketingcampagne. Tijdens het proces zoek je naar manieren om het verhaal van de klant op een visueel aantrekkelijke manier tot leven te brengen richting de doelgroepen.
**12.30 - 13.30 uur**
Tijd voor de gezamenlijke lunch Je geniet van een ontspannen moment met je collega's en wisselt ideeën uit over lopende projecten. Na de lunch heb je een korte feedbacksessie met de designlead over de fotoshoot die jullie morgen samen organiseren voor een online campagne.
**13.30 - 16.00 uur**
Je hebt deze middag een creatieve brainstorm op de agenda staan. De concepter is in de lead en jij gaat mee om de creatieve motor een zwaai te geven. Je notuleert de ideeën die ontstaan en werkt dit uit naar een praktische de-briefing.
**16.00 - 17.00 uur**
Je rondt je laatste taken af voor de dag en controleert of alles gereed is voor eventuele presentatie
