**What You’ll Be Doing**

**What We’re Looking For**

- _**Experience**_**:Proven track** record in software design, development, and implementation, especially in industrial settings.
- _**Technical Expertise**_: Proficiency in **programming**, **scripting**, **database** design, and **manufacturing processes**.
- _**Leadership Skills**_: Demonstrated ability to **manage**, **inspire**, and **organize** teams.
- _**Personal Qualities**_**:Innovative thinker** with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
- _**Language skills**_: Excellent **Dutch** and **English.**
