YOUR TASKS
- Contribute to building a strong recruitment team and engage in projects related to employer branding and ATS improvements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize (recruitment) processes
- Act as a point of contact for questions about open vacancies and coordinate administrative tasks with the Recruitment Coordinator
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate role, between 5-10 years
- You are a connector who knows how to onboard people in the right environment
- You are ambitious and constantly look for ways to improve your working methods to be even more successful
- Preferably, you have completed an education in a relevant field (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing) Excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch and English
WE OFFER
- Salary between €2,542 - €4,561, plus additional benefits such as 8% holiday pay, a fully paid pension scheme (), and a discount on your gym membership
