How will you make an impact?

What will you do?
- Drive Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to support strategic execution of the customer training process.
- Scientific Support: Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific literature, methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Acts as a trusted expert to our customers to enhance customer happiness and dedication, which contributes to the overall success of the business. Provide scientific support and counsel to internal teams and customers and identify avenues for improvement.

How will you get here?
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field and/or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, software, data analysis, and techniques.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills to foster creativity and contribute to the team's success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while offering mentorship on product usage and optimization.
- Persuasive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally convey sophisticated scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch language and English.
- This position may require up to 75% travel.
