**JOB MISSION**:

**BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:
- Persoonlijke KPI's behalen en bijdragen aan de algehele winkelprestaties
- Totale klanttevredenheid leveren aan elke klant, waarbij het volledige klanttraject wordt gevolgd - van het betreden van de winkel tot het verlaten van de winkel
- Help ervoor te zorgen dat de winkel zo commercieel mogelijk blijft volgens de bedrijfsrichtlijnen
- Houd je aan het beleid en de procedures van het bedrijf
- Verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van gezondheids-, veiligheids
- en milieunormen in de winkel
- Voer andere taken uit die worden gevraagd door het managementteam.
