**What are you going to do**:
**Who we’re looking for**: An organized, problem-solving Personal Assistant to support the Management Team during a busy period until **31-12-2024.**

**Your environment**: The Sector FI team has a leading position in providing Financial Markets, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments & Capital Markets and advisory services to Financial Institutions. Clients consist of banks, insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, trust offices, private equity and fintechs.

**Your role**: You become a Personal Assistent to assist the FI Management team. You will need great time management and communication skills to keep the day-to-day work run smoothly, ensuring your managers to stay focused on top priorities. You’ll also contribute to good teamwork across the department.

**Key tasks**:

- Supporting various FI MT members with calendar management, planning, and organizing;
- Assisting with administrative tasks like staff changes, events, and work processes;
- Handling travel arrangements and team/client events;
- Ensuring meeting prep is done ahead of time, including agendas and documents.

**About you**:

- Fluent in English, with strong MS Office skills;
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and proactive;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude

**What we offer**:

- A gross salary of €17.38 per hour;
- On top of your salary, you will also receive a 13th-month bonus. This brings your hourly wage to €18.83;
- A travel allowance of €0.21 per km (maximum €17 per day) or a full public transport allowance;
- A strategic, dynamic, and international setting;
- A work-from-home allowance of €45 per month.

**What we ask**:

- At least finished mbo level 4
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Great organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
