Ben jij een cateringbeheerder met passie voor duurzaam en gezonde voeding en heb jij ervaring in deze rol? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als cateringbeheerder bij Food&i heb je een zeer afwisselende en leuke functie. Je geeft leiding aan het catering/banqueting team. Waar nodig begeleidt je het keukenteam bij de voorbereidingen voor de lunch. Je fungeert ook als gastheer/gastvrouw bij de dagelijkse lunchuitgifte, waarbij je (mede) zorg draagt voor een hoog serviceniveau en goede gast beleving.

Daarnaast:

- het toezien op de werkvoortgang, werkkwaliteit en naleving van veiligheids-, Arbo
- en HACCP-voorschriften en werk
- en presentatiemethoden;
- het afstemmen met opdrachtgevers over wensen en bijzonderheden;
- het beheren van de administratie met betrekking tot offertes evenementen, inkoop, verkoop en personeelsbezetting;
- het samen verzorgen met je team van de lunch, evenementen en banqueting.

**JDE Peet’s**

Je komt te werken in het bedrijfsrestaurant van JDE Peet's. JDE Peet’s Utrecht is een levendige locatie waar zowel fabrieksmedewerkers als kantoorpersoneel komen lunchen in een free flow buffet. De locatie is geopend van maandag tot en met vrijdag en de werktijden voor het bedrijfsrestaurant zijn tussen 07:30 uur en 16:00 uur. Het team bestaat uit 7 collega’s. Verder is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer en met de auto. Ook is er parkeergelegenheid en voldoende mogelijkheden om elektrisch te laden.

**Food&i**

Bij Food&i zijn we een team van foodies die zich inzetten voor ambachtelijk eten en drinken op kantoor. Wij geloven in vers eten dat met liefde bereid is en speciaal op maat is gemaakt voor onze gasten. De behoeften van de gasten staan bij ons centraal. Food&i maakt bedrijfscatering puur, gezond en duurzaam. Bij Food&i pakken we bedrijfscatering anders aan. Als jong en ambitieus onderdeel van Facilicom Group gaan we voor food met impact.

**Wat je krijgt**:
We bieden je een uitdagende en afwisselende baan in een energieke organisatie.

Daarnaast krijg je:

- een bruto uurloon tussen € 2.287 en € 2.813 conform de catering-cao (Deel B);
- een contract voor 7 maanden voor 35 - 38 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
- reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 11 km tot een maximum van 40 km;
- 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantietoeslag;
- een goede pensioenregeling en de mogelijkheid tot deelname aan collectieve (zorg)verzekeringen.

**Wie je bent**:
Als cateringbeheerder heb je een scherp oog voor detail en ben je creatief. Daarnaast inspireer je jouw team met jouw leiderschapsvaardigheden om hoogwaardige culinaire ervaringen te creëren voor onze gasten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

- ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- kennis van de HACCP-richtlijnen;
- de bereidheid om buiten de vaste werktijden aanwezig te zijn bij banqueting en evenementen (in overleg);
- computervaardigheden en ervaring met kassasystemen;
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
