For that reason, we're looking for a purpose-driven performance marketer who gets energy from being successful with online channels like SEA & SEO and is creative in utilizing our content to the right channels to get as many right leads as possible.
You will be joining the marketing team that consists of the CMO, Sr Product Marketer, Demand Generation Marketer, Content Marketer and a Copywriter.
**What will you do**
- Identify campaign opportunities: you will work closely together with the CMO and product marketing manager to identify relevant campaign opportunities that focus on our ideal customer profile, with the goal of generating traffic, interest, and engagement from potential customers - driving new leads to feed the business pipeline;
- Campaign management: when opportunities have been identified you will be in the lead of creating the campaign briefs, setting the objectives and targets, identifying the target audience, stakeholders, and key assets, setting the timeline, milestones, and promotion plan as well as coordinating the campaigns;
- Hitting your targets: to measure the interest and engagement you will be aiming to reach traffic and MQL goals (sign-ups or demo requests);
- Communicate with stakeholders: to help you coordinate the campaigns, you will have to utilize your strong communication skills to ensure all stakeholders are informed about the timeline and all other campaign elements;
- Utilize data to make decisions: to help you measure the success of your campaigns you will work closely together with the performance marketing team to identify and monitor all the key metrics;
- Community building: Besides running campaigns, part of your job will also be to identify and create activations (networking events, roundtables, webinars, masterclasses) towards relevant communities;
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices: together with the team you will strive to stay up to date with industry trends, demand-gen strategies, and other best practices that will help you excel in your job.
**Who are you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field;
- 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or related roles such as Marketing Manager, Coordinator, Specialist, or similar position;
- Experience in the fields of SaaS, online marketing, or eCommerce is required. Furthermore, a background in Marketing or Agency is preferred;
- High level autonomy: able to make critical decisions, set strategic directions, as well as exercise resource allocation and budget management;
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and campaigns;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- You are eager to learn and grow in the demand generation field;
**Other requirements**
- You are living in Amsterdam, or at least travel distance to our Amsterdam office;
- You are willing to come to our Amsterdam office for 50% of your work hours;
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days).
